Telegraph describes the building as "A jumble of planking rising 144ft forms Sutyagin’s record-breaking ‘eighth wonder of the world’". 13 floors and 144ft height. Now it still dominates the skyline of Arkhangelsk, a city in Russia’s far northwest but the city authorities want it down.
